Marise has been a practicing Conveyancer and Notary for over 25 years. Her knowledge, experience and expertise stretch across a broad spectrum of services within the property and conveyancing market spaces. These range from being proactively involved in ‘turn -key developments’, from rezoning, planning, working within the multi-faceted disciplines of real estate through to the final stages of conveyancing .

Seasoned experience, insider knowledge and skilful negotiations have given her the unique capacity to finesse fit-for-purpose outcomes suited to the particular circumstances of every client; whether they are self-employed, salaried or have several sources of income. Besides being ‘properly passionate about property’, Marise lives and breathes values of a high standard, which in particular speaks to her ethos: “Ethical business practices form the bedrock of who we are.” She works closely with her team, who are dedicated to giving every client personalised professional attention.

Marise has a passion for people from all walks of life, whether assisting a first time home buyer or seasoned investor commitment and expertise is guaranteed.

Louis Muller started his career as practising attorney in 1971 specialising in property law, particularly in the administration of a maze of complexities related to the opening of township and sectional title registers as well as real right of extension and related conveyancing matters.

Louis is the owner of Edenway Pty Ltd, a property development company established in 2005. Besides working with clients in his sphere of expertise, Louis successfully pioneered the creation of many magnificent Development Estates during his career as Conveyancer and Developer. More than 3000 units have been developed and successfully transferred over the past 30 years under the auspices of Louis Muller.

Louis is well respected within the banking sector as well as his clientele and colleagues due to his extensive knowledge and experience in property law and the management of major development projects. In House Bond Brokers is privileged to have Louis as their Legal Consultant.

Gilda studied B. Com Communication Management and obtained her master’s degree at the University of Pretoria. Starting her career as a Portfolio Manager at one of South Africa’s leading banks has enabled her to excel in the negotiation of the most beneficial packages for clients. Gilda’s proven administrative skillset is a forte that has stood the test of time throughout her career, among clients, colleagues and within the banking sector.

Besides being fully conversant with the banking system and their due process requirements, Gilda has proficiently managed the affairs of several property developers, including her own clients, being the owners of extensive property portfolios. Her four-year stint in the marketing department of one of the subsidiaries of Rand Merchant Bank highlighted a special niche in her love and capacity for engaging with people from all walks of life.

The expertise gained as owner of GL Letting and Sales since 2007 , adds value to any consultation and advice given by Gilda.

Jurene has been an integral part of the In House Bond Brokers and MH Attorneys team for almost seven years. Jurene has been a valuable asset and supportive team member throughout her tenure with the company. Her practical experience and knowledge as a Para-Legal specialising in property law includes cutting through the red tape, which comes with the processing of bond applications in order to meet the requirements of the banking sector.

Jurene’s strong background and experience in sales has created the opportunity for In House Brokers to increase its footprint in the social media marketing arena. She has dedicated herself to complete her LLB Law degree within the next year.
